Meet Dr. Stanford
Originally from Alberta, Canada, Dr. Justin Stanford has known he wanted to be a dentist since middle school. His mother is a talented artist, and his father, a caring physician. Their combined influence gave him a love for creating art with natural and precise detail, while also fostering the innate desire to care for and heal people from pain and disease.
Dr. Stanford attended University of Lethbridge in Alberta, Canada, majoring in Psychology. He then went on to get his Masters in Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. While in Dental School, also at MidWestern University, Dr. Stanford founded the university’s first and only cosmetic dental club. He also held a national position in the American Student Dental Association, where he focused on community service and outreach.
Dr. Stanford has made it a personal mission to seek out the best in dental education, whether from premier dental education centers like SPEAR, or through learning from respected mentors at the forefront of dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association, and recently traveled on a dental mission trip to the Kingdom of Tonga.
In addition to being a dentist, Dr. Stanford is a husband and a father to four very active, inquisitive children. When not focused on dental care, he also enjoys discovering alternative music, relaxing outdoors, creating art, gardening, and woodworking.
