“This was my first visit to PDA after moving from Wisconsin and after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. My last visit was over two years ago. Our primary care doctor had recommended Dr. Shull. When I called the office I found the staff to be friendly and informative providing me with a good idea how the first visit would go. After a brief discussion with my wife I called the office back the same day. The day of my appointment went smoothly, the entire office staff and dental team were friendly and professional. My wife joined us for the exam review. The initial exam included x-rays and photographing my teeth. The x-rays indicated two cavities. I was impressed with the photos (never had that done before) that displayed wear and thinning of the biting edge. After the exam I received a three step dental plan that addressed all the problem areas. The plan was straight forward and easy to understand. Dr Shull answered questions that we both had. I arranged for my next appointment. My wife liked Dr Shull and staff and made an appointment for her first exam.” - Robert Strandt

“Let me start by saying, I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I was dreading my appointment here but from the moment I walked into this office I felt welcomed. By my second appointment they were greeting me by my first name. They explained everything to me, answered questions I didn’t even know I had, and offered me solutions to fix all of my dental problems. After the first appointment, they quickly got me scheduled for my cleaning (the very next day!) and the dental hygienist (Gloria) was so knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell that she is really passionate about her job and I think about her every time I floss my teeth! Whatever she is making, she needs a raise! I sat in the waiting area and almost fell asleep with the nice music and great lighting!. I then felt good enough to make an appointment for myself and our two children as one of them is their first visit. Later that week my appointment went well. And I got my cleaning on the same day! What topped it off was that she kept asking me if I was do ok and if I liked the Eagles..she turned up the radio a bit and I was in another world while i enjoyed the cleaning!
